Jet told me that this event is different. Thousands of lives have been transformed by this epic event. As a trainer myself, I was most keen to experience it for myself. I managed to persuade 10 people from my WorldVentures team to join me for this learning experience. This time, we would go to Phuket Thailand, a place known for wild parties and sleaze. However, our hearts and minds were set for another party, a party that would change our lives forever.
Yes, I am back to Thailand again for another dreamtrip and this dreamtrip coincided with the “View” training which was the main focus for my trip. Airport transfer was arranged for us.
Checked in smoothly. The guy in blue was our host for this trip. He’s a Korean who speaks good English. Apparently we had a number of Koreans staying in this hotel and coming for the conference. Hence WorldVentures arranged for a Korean to be our host. How thoughtful of the company.
Typical WorldVentures style of celebrating birthday for those born in the month. My teammate, San San, holding to the birthday cake. In WorldVentures…we are 1-Big Team and 1-Big family! The celebration of life is a big deal to us. It’s in our DNA. I love it.
That’s San San getting a bit drunk…but she won’t admit to it. I must say I have not seen another woman who can drink so well. Don’t bother to challenge her.
That’s what ladies do when they come together in their hotel room. They talk and drink. How awesome.
Our breakfast together in the morning before heading out to register for the conference.
Our Thai guide, Apple (lady in yellow), is so energetic and talented. She can speak so many languages and has a kinky sense of humour. (This is Thailand after all). My friend Beverly (lady in black) entertained us so much on the bus. She’s a natural comedian. The bus journey to our conference place seemed so short with all these “live” entertainment on the bus.
Though this was an Asia event, we had friends coming all the way from Africa to attend this event!
After a long day of queuing and walking, we decided to pamper ourselves with a Thai foot massage. Painful yet pleasurable.
Gala Night – Let the Show Begin
This was the night to kickstart this epic event.
6,000+ WorldVentures members from Asia had gathered to celebrate, learn and grow together. Life will never be the same again.
My two boys looked so handsome tonight, aye?
This man is legendary in WorldVentures. His name is James Lee. Because his vision, leadership and perseverance, we get to have our own WorldVentures story to tell in this part of the world. I am so proud to call him my friend and mentor.
Does this look like your typical training event?
Mr Marc Accetta, the training director of WorldVentures, would put up about 20 characters over the next 2 days, to teach us valuable lessons in life and for our kind of business. We would be challenged to reflect our belief system. Many of us would go on to be set free from self-limiting beliefs and fears, and be released to be yourselves and be our best. Here’s a short clip of the character “The Artist Painter” done by Marc. This character made me cried.

With Jet Toh and Max Tay. Both Jet and Max are generals in WorldVentures. I am blessed to have them as my partners and mentors in WorldVentures. Both men are impacting many lives around the globe and making great money from this business as well. Leaders are learners and that’s why we were here…to learn and be better! And we were not here alone, we brought our teammates along to see the vision and learn together. To succeed in this business, it’s going to be teamwork. We can achieve so much more as a team (T.E.A.M = Together Everyone Achieves More)
Although WorldVentures begun in the the USA back in 2005 and has been in Asia for only 4 years, Asia now made up 46% of the global sales as on 2014. Asia growth engine is truly unmatched and unstoppable. I learned one thing…when the tide comes in, it will lift all ships. Would you come and catch this wave?
I learned one thing…when the tide comes in, it will lift all ships.
3 simple words…We create JOY. That’s what we do best. If you want to create more joy for yourself and for the world, you should be here.
We work hard, train hard and play hard
Conference’s over! Time to have some fun! Here we go again…

My boy Isaac got to know some new friends too. How awesome.
Thanks Rachel and Jason for trusting me to take this journey with me. Be blessed.
Our last dinner together before flying back to Singapore.
Hope you have enjoyed reading this post as much as I have enjoyed writing it. I like to drop a few questions for you think about. I call them truth questions.
Would you be truthful with yourself? When you do, the truth shall set you free.
